A cylinder valve sets and mounts a stopper installed in a stopper guide in advance to maintain a constant flow coefficient that a user desires using a stopper setting system, thereby enabling gas to be supplied with a constant flow coefficient and thus minimizing defects in manufacturing processes. The cylinder valve equipped with the stopper of the present invention comprises: a body; a shut-off valve chamber; a closed element contained in the shut-off valve chamber; a diaphragm which surrounds a stem of the closed element and operates variably; a push rod for pushing the stem, wherein the stem of the closed element is connected to the push rod; a cylinder of which one side is connected to the push rod, which rotates according to the operation of a handle wheel; a sleeve which is bolt-jointed with the cylinder and in which a stopper guide is installed on one side; and the handle wheel in which a handle stopper is installed.
