摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device of an on-vehicle internal combustion engine capable of accurately estimating the temperature of cooling water supplied to a heater core through a cooling water passage provided on an exhaust system member, by using cooling water temperature detected by a water temperature sensor provided on a water jacket of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The cooling water passage equipped to the cooling device of the internal combustion engine is formed so as to extend from a first cooling water passage including the water jacket provided on the engine body to the heater core used for heating the inside of a vehicle room thorough a fifth cooling water passage passing through an exhaust manifold. A temperature rising correcting value wtempd adding temperature rising amount on the basis of the engine speed and the engine load rate of the engine is added to cooling water temperature thw detected by a cooling water temperature sensor provided on the water jacket of the first cooling water passage for detecting the engine temperature of the internal combustion engine, thereby estimating the temperature thwH of the cooling water flowing into the heater core.
