PURPOSE: A method for excluding multiple ephemeral terminations from a service or recovering the same to the service again by using a single service change instruction is provided to efficiently use a system bandwidth by reducing a number of messages needed between an MGC(Media Gateway Controller) and an MG(Media GateWay) with the single service change instruction including a list of termination IDs. CONSTITUTION: The MGC receives a service change message including the instruction of the ephemeral termination IDs excluded from the service(601). The MGC extracts the ephemeral termination IDs to be excluded from the service change message(603). The MGC removes a group of the ephemeral termination IDs from the service(605).
