<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress-relieving agent which is chewed to relieve stress. <P>SOLUTION: The stress-relieving agent includes soft candy having a hardness of 3.6-15.4 kg × s to relieve stress by not less than 50%. Addition of at least one kind of grape seed polyphenol, cacao extract, powdery tea, cardamum, and capsicum to the soft candy enables further improvement in the stress-relieving effect.
