PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder unit allowing the entire feeder unit with a cover part closed to be downsized. SOLUTION: The feeder unit includes: a first tray part (30) for mounting a feed object medium (P) thereon; a base body part 21 for housing the first tray part (30) therein; a cover part 40 that is openably and closably provided to cover the first tray part (30) in the storage-time position in a closed state or uncover the first tray part (30) in an opened state; and a first power transmission means 70 (45) that transmits power of the cover part 40 to the first tray part (30); wherein the first power transmission means 70 (45) is configured to displace the first tray part (30) to the usage-time position with the displacement of the cover part 40 when the cover part 40 is switched to an opened-state, and displace the first tray part (30) to the storage-time position with the displacement of the cover part 40 when the cover part 40 is switched to a closed-state.
