PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell, compact, light-weight, and with a high output, as well as a fuel cell stack and an electronic device equipped with the fuel cell stack. SOLUTION: The fuel cell includes an anode conductive porous layer, an anode catalyst layer, an electrolyte film, a cathode catalyst layer, and a cathode conductive porous layer.
