PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct a converter generated by evolutionary calculation. SOLUTION: This data processor includes: a generation part for generating a converter for converting applied data for learning into data which are more closer to target data for learning by combining a plurality of processing components which process input data and output the processing result as output data; a processing part for searching the actual output data of the converter by inputting the actual input data to the converter, and making it execute the processing of each processing part; and a correction part for correcting the converter according to the reception of a correction instruction for correcting the actual output data.
