<p>FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed roll comprises profiled axle with collar and roll shell fitted thereon and having shaped inner surface. Amount of fit between roll and shell can be increased thanks to that bearing axle is made up of two equal-diametre cylindrical sections. Note here that lengthwise axis of the section adjoining the collar is aligned with toll rotational axis, while that of another section is inclined to the latter at the angle defined by mathematical relation allowing for relation between aforesaid sections.
