PURPOSE: A vacuum pack for marine products of with a protecting plate is provided to prevent the impact or friction on a packaging pack. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pack for marine products of with a protecting plate comprises: a ring-shaped first protection plate(10) having elasticity by opening upper and lower portions; a U-shaped second protection plate(20) having elasticity to prevent the protrusion of a lower portion toward the outside; and a packaging pack(30) which receives a product and liquid at the same time through the combination of the first and second protection plates.
