PURPOSE: A car navigation system, steering wheel and a cover for car navigation, and a car including the same and a method for guiding car driving using the same are provided to change information about process direction information of navigation to tactile signal, thereby the signal can be transmitted to a driver. CONSTITUTION: A car navigation system includes a vibration unit, a sensor unit, and a control unit. The vibration unit is included by separately made in predetermined interval along the circumference of a steering wheel(100). The vibration unit transmits the vibration tactile to a user. The sensor unit senses hand of a driver which is gripped to the steering wheel. The control unit vibrates a vibration motor(110,120,130) corresponding to the location of hand of a driver sensed by the sensing unit. The control unit guides the car progress information. The vibration unit has a handle cover mounted to the steering wheel.
