PURPOSE: The connector holder apparatus and fusin splicer including the same is easily proceed the fusion splice of the optical fiber for the field connection of the optical fiber cable and ferrule. CONSTITUTION: The ferrule(10) comprises the ferrule main body(12), and the optical fiber(18) of the covered part(16) inner side and flange(14). The body(110) installs to the fusin splicer. The body comprises the ferrule settling portion in which the ferrule for the field connection of the optical cable is settled.
