摘要

PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve efficiency by arranging a buffer layer with high hydrogen content between a p type semiconductor and an i type semiconductor. CONSTITUTION: A front electrode(110) is formed on a substrate(100). A photoelectric conversion unit(120) is formed on the front electrode. The photoelectric conversion unit includes an i type semiconductor layer(122) made of micro crystalline silicon materials. A rear electrode(140) is formed on the photoelectric conversion unit. A buffer layer(124) is arranged between the i type semiconductor layer and the p type semiconductor layer(121).
