A method for oxidation-alkali lead refining, according to which molten lead and alkali are mixed, and the process of refining is carried out in two phases, at the first phase the melt is bubbled with oxygen consumption of 10-14 l/min lead to achieving the necessary requirements on the purity and, simultaneously, the average value of relative elongation of the lead samples, equal to 18-45% at the second stage the melt is mixed with alkali, adding in the amount of 1.5- per ton of lead, which was refined, within the time specified by the formula:τ (h) = (6-0.12·&egr;(%))± 0.25 h. |
