A method for determination of a resource of body adaptation to academic load comprises the diagnostic functional test. Before academic load and after its completion a test on breath delay is carried out of on exhalation, heart electric activity is registered in a prone position during 5 minutes, and integrated index of adaptation resource is determined. The general conclusion is drawn up by percent of shift of the integrated index for certain period of research.
