PURPOSE: A box for packing and carrying a bottle is provided to enable easy packaging and un-packaging operation for each wine bottle. CONSTITUTION: A box for packing and carrying a bottle comprises: a rectangle shaped bottom portion which supports the lower portion of a bottle; a front portion(120) which is extended at the boundary of a folding line; a rear portion which is extended at the boundary of the folding line at the bottom portion; a side wing portion(140) which is extendible; a bottom wing portion which has a folding line foldable toward the outside; and a hand portion(160) which is extended from each upper portion of the front and rear portions.
