The invention is intended for temporary pipeline shutdown at accident recovery, repair works, in particular in municipal economy for individual disconnection of water supply and sewage. A technological complex has a body 1 that includes mechanism for shutdown of side branch by shutoff element 7 and video-camera 8, 10 with lamp 9, 11 for finding in pipeline outlet opening of the side branch, at that shutdown mechanism is arranged as removable rotary-installable unit 4 for introduction of the shutoff element 7 to the side pipeline branch. The shutoff element is arranged as inflatable chamber 7 and the complex is equipped with removable rotary-removable unit 14 with harpoon 15 for destruction of the inflatable chamber 7 and is equipped with pneumatic pipeline 12 with fitting 13 for connection to the inflatable chamber 7, and con-rod 17 for connection to removable rotary-installable or rotary-removable units. The body is additionally equipped with awl-like catcher 16 of inflatable chamber 7m and the rotary-installable unit is equipped with cutoff sleeve 6 for fixation of the inflatable chamber 7 on it. |
