The aerator has a structure (1) including a ventilation conduit terminated by an opening (2) that emerges from exterior of the structure. The opening is moved in translation with respect to the structure, and emerges from a passenger compartment of the vehicle. The opening is covered by a grid (3) including fins (30) orienting air flow from the conduit. The fins are oriented so as to allow displacement of the flow in direction orthogonal to displacement direction (F2) of the opening in rectilinear translation. The conduit includes a bent part fixed with respect to the opening.
