THERMAL CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE

摘要

PURPOSE: A thermo-conductive adhesive is provided to secure the proper adhesion force to an object including a heating member and a thermal insulation member. CONSTITUTION: A thermo-conductive adhesive contains the following: 100 parts of polyimide silicone resin by weight with the weight average molecular weight of 5,000~150,000; 100~10,000 parts of thermally conductive filler by weight with the electric insulation property; and the balance of organic solvent.
