A METHOD FOR EXTRACTING ROSMARINIC ACID FROM PERILLA FRUTESCENS VAR. ACUTA EFFECTIVE ON THE TREATMENT OF ANTIALLERGIC AND ANTIATOPIC DERMATITIS

PURPOSE: A method for efficiently extracting Perilla frutescens var. acuta by rosemarinic acid with anti-allergy and anti-atopy is provided to shorten enzyme lysis time and to suppress ingredient modification. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing powder of Perilla frutescens var. acuta extract comprises: a step of cutting Perilla frutescens var. acuta in a thickness of 2-5 mm; a step of adding 0.001-10% of cellulose and hydrolyzing at 25-60°C for 4-48 hours; a step of sterilizing at 95-100°C for 30 minutes to 1 hour; a step of adding 2-50 time volume of 0.01-50% of citric acid solution and extracting at 50-120°C for 10 to 120 hours; a step of decompressing the extract and freeze-drying the concentrate; and a step of pulverizing.
