PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make connection processing of a radio terminal efficient. SOLUTION: In a radio communication system including a radio base station 10, radio terminals 30, and a relay station 20 which receives a radio signal transmitted from the radio base station 10, and relays the radio signal to the radio terminals 30 by a transmission frequency different from the received frequency: the radio base station 10 advertises information regarding to the transmission frequencies of the one or more radio base stations 10 or one or more relay stations 20; the radio terminal 30 discriminates whether or not transmission source information matches, which is included in the radio signal received before and after switching of the receiving frequencies based on the information advertised directly from the radio base stations 10 or through the relay stations 20; and if it discriminates to match, it eliminates a terminal registration procedure after establishment of a frame-synchronization with the radio communication system.
