PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photographic sticker forming operation and to improve user's satisfaction with formed photographic stickers. SOLUTION: A user operates a touch pen 63 to tap the inside of a predetermined area including desired frame images classified by groups as shown in Fig.17A, whereby the frame images to be combined are decided in group units. Then, it is possible to select frame images classified by layers of the selected frame images classified by groups. The user operates the touch pen 63 to tap the desired frame images classified by layers as shown in Fig.17D, so as to combine patterns of the frame images classified by layers with an edited image displayed on an edited image display section 253 at combining positions of the patterns as shown in Figs.17E and 17F.
