PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device of a film packaging machine which can easily perform data setting to perform predetermined processing due to a relation with a film conveying position. SOLUTION: In a conveying process of a strip film which is extracted from a film supply source, a pattern printed on the film is image-captured by an imaging section 11, associated with the film conveying for one package. The image captured by the imaging section 11 is processed to allow it to be displayed by a display device 13 as a film image of at least one package in a film conveying direction. A plurality of areas to undergo a predetermined processing which are different from each other are specified so that the areas are associated with positions of the pattern in an actual image of the displayed film. Corresponding to the respective specified areas, signal processing for undergoing a predetermined processing can be generated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
