PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soft candy retaining palate feeling rich in elasticity for a long time without sticking to the teeth and hardening chewability, and to provide a method for producing the soft candy. SOLUTION: The soft candy is dispersed with 5-30 wt.% gummy candy which has solid comprising gelatin and saccharides, a one drop size of 20-80% of a height of the softy candy, and a moisture content of 10-20 wt.%, and contains 8-20 wt.% of at least five kinds of glucides and 15-25 wt.% of monosaccharides among the saccharides.
