PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately make a voice speech over an ad-hoc network constructed, using a radio communication terminal device. SOLUTION: The radio communication terminal device is configured to perform communication for a speech with another radio communication terminal device over an ad-hoc network and includes a number-of-hops acquiring means and a jitter buffer size setting means. The number-of-hops acquiring means acquires the number of hops between a radio communication terminal device of a speech destination designated by a user and the radio communication terminal device itself from a management table storing therein a packet received from the radio communication terminal device of the speech destination or identification information of any other radio communication terminal device and the number of hops to the other radio communication terminal device.
