PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat driving device for reducing cost, adjusting a posture at not only one's self seat but also the other seats, and recognizing which seat is to be adjusted in advance. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat driving device includes seat selection process means 10a, 20a selecting a seat for adjusting a posture among at least two seats 1 including one's self seat, notifying means 31, 32 notifying selection by the seat selection process means 10a, 20a, and return means 10b, 20b compulsorily returning the seat 1 selected by the seat selection process means 10a, 20a to the one's self seat when the predetermined return conditions are satisfied. Control means 10, 20 control driving of the seat selected by the seat selection process means 10a, 20a by driving mechanisms M10, M20 in accordance with operation of an operation unit 4 after the seat is selected by the seat selection process means 10a, 20a until it is returned by the return means 10b, 20b.
