The process for the preparation of milk food for babies and/or infants, where the milk food is made of water and milk powder, comprises automatically introducing the water and milk powder into a mixing chamber (11) in a dosing manner, mixing the milk powder and water, and automatically producing ready-to-eat milk food, where the water is boiled at 40-50[deg] C and then introduced into the mixing chamber under pressure, and is swirled in the mixing chamber. The milk food is mixed from water and milk powder by supplying pressurized air. The milk food is given in a drinking temperature of 37[deg] C. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device for the preparation of milk food for babies and/or infants; and (2) a dosing unit for milk powder. |
