<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate retardation film whose phase retardation change is small in relation to an environmental temperature change when it is laminated on glass. <P>SOLUTION: The retardation film has optical properties satisfying a formula (1): ▵nav=(nx+ny)/2-nz≥0.005.
