PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum structure for mounting various kinds of fixtures on a panel by using mounting holes formed in the panel. SOLUTION: A fixture mounting structure is provided with a base 1 combined with fixtures G and having an insertion section 10 for insertion into a mounting hole Pa in a panel P; a lock member 2 movably contained within the base 1; and an operation member 3 slidably assembled to the base 1. An open section 10c is formed in a side section 10b of the insertion section 10 of the base 1. Cam means 4 for moving the lock member 2 to a predetermined position when the operation member 3 is pushed in are provided to the lock member 2 and the operation member 3. When the lock member 2 is moved to the predetermined position, a part of the lock member 2 is protruded from the opening section 10c to prevent the base 1 from coming out of the mounting hole Pa in the panel P.
