<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nonaqueous ink that has high curing speed and excellent discharge stability and that also imparts high transparency and high scratch resistance to a formed image, and nonaqueous ink, ink set, an image-forming method, an image-forming apparatus, and recorded matter using the ink. <P>SOLUTION: The nonaqueous ink contains: color material particles, a dispersant, and a cationically-polymerizable compound. The color material particles have an average particle diameter of 1 nm or more and less than 50 nm, and a value represented by the following: (D<SB>90</SB>-D<SB>10</SB>) is 100 nm or less. Wherein, (D<SB>90</SB>-D<SB>10</SB>) is a value obtained by subtracting D<SB>10</SB>from D<SB>90</SB>; D<SB>90</SB>and D<SB>10</SB>represent a particle diameter corresponding to 0.9 (90 number%) of the total number of the color material particles and a particle diameter corresponding to 0.1 (10 number%) of the total number of the color material particles, respectively, in an integral value of a distribution function dG=F(D)dD; G represents number of pigment particles; and D represents a particle diameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
