PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate film for a laminated glass which has excellent damping performance both in a normal temperature region and a high temperature region as well as excellent damping performance in a temperature region in the middle of the normal temperature region and the high temperature region, and to provide a laminated glass using the intermediate film for a laminated glass. SOLUTION: The intermediate film for a laminated glass comprises an intermediate layer and two protective layers interposing the intermediate layer, wherein the intermediate layer and the protective layers contain a polyvinylacetal resin and a plasticizer, the temperature T1 where the loss tangent in the dynamic viscoelasticity of the intermediate layer exhibits the maximum at 1 Hz frequency is lower than the temperature T2 where the loss tangent in the dynamic viscoelasticity of the protective layers exhibits the maximum at 1 Hz frequency, and the average polymerization degree of the polyvinylacetal resin included in the intermediate layer is 100 to 1,200.
