<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system or the like that reduces the occurrence of system errors. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication system includes: a mobile terminal device that is a terminal for executing intermittent transmission/reception of packets with a host device, has a first state that individual channels are assigned and a second state that the individual channels are not assigned but a common channel is assigned respectively as a state related to continuous packet connectivity, and notifies state information regarding the first state or the second state of the mobile terminal device to the host device; and the host device that receives the state information and changes a parameter related to the next state transition when a duration in the second state exceeds a first prescribed period of time after the state transition of the mobile terminal device from the first state to the second state so as to notify the changed parameter to the mobile terminal device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
