PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device improved in reliability of electrical connection, and to provide a manufacturing method for the driving device. SOLUTION: A printed wiring board 13 includes a base material 40 in which a through-hole 44 is formed, a wiring cable 41 formed on a lower surface 40b of the base material 40, and a terminal part 42 electrically connected with the wiring cable 41. The terminal part 42 has a base portion 42a formed to block the through-hole 44 on a top surface 40a of the base material 40, and an erect portion 42b standing from the base portion 42a and having smaller diameter than a bump 39 that penetrates the through-hole 44. The base portion 42a is connected with the wiring cable 41 through the through-hole 44. Moreover, the printed wiring board 13 is equipped with a synthetic resin layer 43 formed to cover the wiring cable 41 and the through-hole 44 on the lower surface 40b of the base material 40. The bump 39 is electrically connected with the erect portion 40b while penetrating the synthetic resin layer 43 formed in the printed wiring board 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
