PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sag correcting implement and a sag correcting method using the sag correcting implement inconspicuous during wearing, suitable for wearing many hours without giving a wearer a feeling of discomfort and structured to easily increase a lifting width. SOLUTION: The sag correcting implement 20 includes a fastener 1 changeable between a fixed state of holding and fixing hair immovably, and a free state of making hair retractable; a string-like member 2 with one tip part 2a stuck to the fastener 1; and a sticking member 3 to which the other tip part 2b of the string-like member 2 is stuck.
