Provided is a bodily fluid component analyzer for analyzing specific components present in bodily fluids, whereby it is possible to quickly obtain highly-accurate analysis results via a simple operation and also to reduce the costs associated with analysis without requiring complicated equipment or suction operations. When a sample including a substance to be analyzed is supplied to a sample supply port (2) and the sample supply port (2) is pressurized to a pressure lower than a prescribed pressure, the sample is conveyed to a reaction chamber (4) and an immobilized-antibody/substance-to-be-analyzed/labeled-antibody complex is formed via an antibody reaction. Subsequent to the completion of the reaction, the sample supply port (2) is pressurized to a pressure higher than the prescribed pressure, the surplus of the sample and the surplus labeled antibodies are conveyed to the waste liquid chamber (6), and then the reaction chamber (4) is optically measured in order to measure the substance to be analyzed within the sample with a high degree of accuracy.
