The motor (1) is formed from a set of constructional components, where complex resistance of the motor is determined by complex resistances of the constructional components. The motor is constructionally provided such that frequency response of its complex resistance is same as frequency characteristic of the electric motor. The characteristic of the motor is determined by the constructional components. The frequency response of the motor is effected by adding or changing the constructional components. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for determining characteristics of an electric motor (2) a system for determining the characteristics of the electric motor.
