DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ESTIMATING QUALITY OF RECEIVED RADIO WAVE, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate reception quality on the condition that there is only a structure such as a railway elevated bridge and the condition that a train passes through the structure.

SOLUTION: A reference electric field intensity calculation part calculates received electric field intensity under a condition that there is nothing between transmitting and receiving points. A structure diffraction wave calculation part calculates received electric field intensity on the condition that there is the structure. A railway diffraction wave calculation part calculates received electric field intensity on the condition that the structure and the train exist. An under-elevated bridge radio wave estimation part estimates whether there is a radio wave passing under the elevated bridge from positional relation between the transmitting and receiving points and the structure. A received electric field intensity calculation part synthesizes components of the radio wave which passes under the elevated bridge to arrive. A range calculation part calculates an influence of the structure and an influence of the train. A determination part calculates C/N ratio on the condition that no train is passing and the condition that the train is passing, to determine reception fault.
