PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately obtain results of noise evaluation with high spatial resolution in a short time, regardless of the type of the frequency of noise to be injected. SOLUTION: A noise signal generated by a signal generator 12 is applied directly to a connector 16 of an object to be evaluated 11 via an amplifier 13; a directional coupler 14; and a bias tee 15. Noise which occurs from the object to be evaluated 11 is detected to measure its intensity as sequentially moving a probe 17 over a plurality of measuring points. At this time, a PC 23 controls a spectrum analyzer 21 and a signal generator 12 to sweep measurement frequencies of the spectrum analyzer 21 and synchronize the frequency of a noise signal generated by the signal generator 12 with its sweep frequency.
