PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealed structure of an airtight container, which aims at a cost reduction by facilitating a processing operation of a packing groove provided on an annular front plate which becomes the front face of an opening of a container body and also enabling a miniaturization of the processing equipment, and further, suppresses waste members at minimum even if the packing groove is defective. SOLUTION: In the sealed structure of the airtight container, a packing member 14 projecting toward a sealed door 12 is fitted in the packing groove 8 provided in the annular front plate 5 which becomes the front face of the opening 2 of the container body 1. The packing groove 8 provided in the front plate 5 is provided to the front plate 5 by welding and fixing an annular packing groove member 9 forming the packing groove 8 to the front plate 5.
