PURPOSE: A method for switching a domain name service client by an Internet service program is provided to make the users of an individual Internet service use an exclusive service program or an exclusive service program module of the Internet service even if the domain name service of an ISP(Internet Service Provider) is stopped by an accident. CONSTITUTION: A service connection start request is inputted by a DNS(Domain Name Server) IP(Internet Protocol) address storing module storing/updating an IP of a DNS operated by the ISP, and the exclusive service program or the exclusive service program module. A DNS switching module switches the DNS IP address of the domain name service client program in a user computer to an IP address of the DNS of the ISP.
