MIXING SCREW HAVING MULTI-STEPPED ROTATING MIXER

PURPOSE: A mixing screw with a multi-stepped rotating mixer is provided to increase productivity by smoothly passing resin through a mixing part and by enough mixing resin at boundary of rotating mixers. CONSTITUTION: A mixing screw with a multi-stepped rotating mixer comprises a feed port(320), a compression part(310) and a measuring unit(300). A spiral flight(301) is formed at the outer circumference of the compression part and the feed port. The measuring unit is comprised of a tip-end part and a mixing part(200). The spiral flight is formed at the outer circumference of the tip-end part. The mixing part is located between the tip-end part and the compression part.
