PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for planting and growing a tree consistently usable in a range from not only production to planting of the tree but also from growth to removal of the tree after plantation, improving production/transportation efficiency and working efficiency, and reducing load on the tree. SOLUTION: The container for planting and growing a tree 100 includes: a bottom face 120; double layered nonwoven fabrics 110A, 110B having biodegradable properties and forming side surfaces; a non-biodegradable belt 130 reinforcing at least one of the double layered nonwoven fabrics 110A, 110B; at least one cylindrical gusset part 140 set up along the nonwoven fabrics 110A, 110B in a height direction; an aeration pipe 150 inserted into at least one of the gusset parts 140 and having a space inside thereof.
