PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image acquisition device and a radiation image acquisition method which can realize the enhancement of diagnostic capability and the reduction of exposure amount in radiation diagnosis. SOLUTION: The radiation image acquisition device provides first image acquisition means 1, 9 which deliver radiation to a subject M and obtain a projection image and second image acquisition means 11, 12, 13 which receive radiation, detect light radiated by the subject, and generate images.
