PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently recovering slag containing unburned carbon in reuse of slag containing unburned carbon obtained by partially oxidizing solid fuel. SOLUTION: The method includes a process of obtaining generated gas, and slag containing unburned carbon and ash contents by supplying carbonaceous fuel to a gasification reaction chamber of a gasification device, a process of carrying out quenching by sending the generated gas and the slag to a quenching chamber storing water in a lower part of the gasification reaction chamber, a process of supplying slag/water slurry discharged from a lower part sidewall of the quenching chamber to a concentrator and obtaining concentrated slag, and a process of peeling the ash contents attached to a surface of the slag from the slag by applying shearing force to the concentrated slag and then separating the concentrated slag having been applied with shearing force into coarse grained slag and atomized the slag in a separator. A concentration of the unburned carbon in the coarse grained slag is higher than a concentration of unburned carbon in the concentrated slag. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
