<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic providing excellent sustainability of massaging action by being spread while maintaining the thickness on the skin while having fresh, non-sticky and refreshing sense of use, and having excellent stability with time. <P>SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic includes the following components (a) to (e): (a) a water-soluble polymer component comprising a copolymer obtained by binding at least acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, an alkyl acrylate or an alkyl methacrylate, to a compound having two or more ethylenically unsaturated groups, and exhibiting thickening properties when an electrolyte is contained; (b) an electrolyte component; (c) an aqueous component; (d) an oily component; and (e) a silicone-based surfactant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
