PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent preparing apparatus capable of achieving the reduction of power consumption. SOLUTION: The reagent preparing apparatus 6 is equipped with a pneumatic part 5 forming pressure for transferring a liquid, a reagent preparation part body 4 executing the preparing operation of a reagent using the pressure formed by the pneumatic part 5, and a CPU 49a judging whether the reagent preparation part body 4 executes the preparing operation of the reagent to control the formation of the pressure by the pneumatic part 5 corresponding to the judge result.
