PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving type jib crane suppressing generation of bending moment in a support of a jib crane by eliminating counterweight disposed in a turning body of the jib crane. SOLUTION: An oscillation mechanism 14 made oscillatable by an oscillation shaft 14a of a horizontal direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of a jib 11b is interposed between a turning wheel 6 for turning a turning body 11a of the jib crane 11 around a vertical shaft and the turing body 11a, and the turning body 11a is made oscillatable by the oscillation shaft 14a. A distal end part of a sling 15 elongating a base end part up to the ground is locked on a rear part side of the turning body 11a, the intermediate part is linked with the turning wheel 16 rotatably provided in a telescopic boom 4, and rotation of the turning wheel 16 is synchronized with turning of the turning body 11a. When the turning body 11a is oscillated with the oscillation shaft 14a as a center by a hanging load, tension balancing with this oscillation is generated in the sling 15 to suppress bending moment from acting on the telescopic boom 4.
