PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a useful treatment method of suspended matter while a large amount of the suspended matter mainly composed of aluminum hydroxide is produced in anode side driving water in a closed loop type electroosmotic flow pump using metal aluminum for an anode electrode. SOLUTION: It is found that, when the plating object of iron or copper is immersed in the suspended matter accumulated in the anode side driving water in the state of driving the pump, aluminum plating is executed to the object. Though a melting method is dominant at present for an aluminum plating method, in the wet aluminum plating method, a device can be operated at normal temperature and the method is considered to be an easy and inexpensive one.
