PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that enables not only users of a Karaoke box or a store which is open at night, but also passengers of a moving body such as a sightseeing bus and a ship to easily receive normally receivable individual services by automatically identifying singer individuals, and also enables a bus guide etc., of the sightseeing bus to specify and urge users on seats who do not sing much to sing songs. SOLUTION: A radio tag is attached to a seat where a user sits to read identification data of the radio tag by a microphone only when each user actually sings without reading the identification data idly on movement of the microphone in a state wherein a song is not sung. Consequently, the seat where the each user actually sings is predetermined to manage a singing history of sung songs as well as seat information on the predetermined seat.
