PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus having a low printing rate of color printing, for allowing a toner to pile up on a photoreceptor drum cleaning blade edge part, and preventing a drum pin hole even when an amount of electrification of the toner increases. SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus including: a plurality of photoreceptors including color photoreceptors corresponding to a plurality of development colors; a plurality of exposure devices for forming to write electrostatic latent images on the photoreceptors; a plurality of developing devices for developing the electrostatic latent images formed on the photoreceptors with the exposure devices by the toner of each development color; and a plurality of transfer devices for transferring toner images developed on the photoreceptors, the color photoreceptors have high resistant layers.
