The device has a cantilever arm (9) hinged at a support frame by am intermediate piece (20), which acts as an eccentric tappet. The intermediate piece is pivotably hinged at a rod (8) of the support frame in a pivot point, where the rod runs vertically. The intermediate piece is horizontally displaced and is pivotably hinged above another pivot point at an end region of the arm. The intermediate piece is detachably fixed at the rod of the support frame by the cantilever arm at the latter pivot point. The intermediate piece is provided with two actuating arms (27).
